Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policies

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:

We’ll send you a return label and instructions if your return is accepted. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishables, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us.
